Grig OrigDid this at my table at MegaCon 2010.
Thanks to a friend of mine, I recognize that everything I've done for a while now has been only figures. If I want to pursue a well-rounded career, I may want to return to what I'd been drawing years before I turned to figures: vehicles.
This was done with little reference to arguably one of the greatest video games of all time: Panzer Dragoon Saga.

here be monsters: hellboyThis is a work in process of a print series I'm doing called "Here Be Monsters" It'll include the likes of Batman, Ash from Army of Darkness, and Isaac from Dead Space.
I had this idea for this Hellboy piece for months, finally threw down the inks on the bad boy and here he is. Next up is the colors and it'll be ready to become a print

vividid this one back in September at AWA... Which will be the LAST time I ever go to that show. Me and my friends had an awful time and made no money, whatsoever.
This piece actually has a little story with it. I did it on a whim and a couple saw it and asked if I'd sell it. When I was done, I ended up really liking the lines and I was regretting selling it. After they picked it up, I realized there was a kinkos in the hotel connected to the convention center and I wanted a copy to show off. I tracked down the couple and the girlfriend actually gave me static about wanting the piece back and that she'd e-mail me a better, cleaner scan. Rather than follow my gut and tell the bitch to go to hell, I said "I'd just like a copy of it to show off at my table, please." The boyfriend stopped me and agreed to just walk over to the Kinkos for the copy.
By the way, the nice copy she said she'd send me? Bitch never did it... So I had to use the shitty copy from Kinkos to trace to make a new piece.
